I was asked what my favorite professional photo was. This is it. (This is going to be a long one) Over the past year I’ve struggled with “what I wanted to be” and “how I wanted to be perceived”. There’s a few lessons I’ve learned: 1. There’s too many people on this planet for you to try and create an specific version of yourself for. 2. You are the only person who will know why and how you feel about doing what you’re doing. As a typical young man I thought I had to be tough, headstrong, always right. Now I don’t really care or am bothered to prove myself. I make choices simply because I feel best to do so. It’s true freedom. And, this freedom comes from the realization, that, no matter how dull you feel your life may be. How frustrated you are with yourself. You’re an inspiration to someone. And most likely to more than you know. Essentially, if I can do it. So can you. Now, let’s see how long it takes for this to get strikes down. 📷 @paulfreemanphotographer
